Keloretta provides wellness and retreat experiences, educational workshops, and related content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without notice.

3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A deposit (as stated on the booking page or invoice) is required to secure your spot.
The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified in your booking confirmation.
Prices are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely via approved third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or e-transfer).

Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
Our retreat and event bookings are planned with limited capacity. Therefore:
‍Cancellations by participant: Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation.
‍Cancellations by Keloretta: In the rare case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, weather, illness), you will receive a full refund or credit for a future retreat.
‍Transfer requests: You may request to transfer your booking to another person by contacting us in writing before the retreat begins.

We are not responsible for travel costs, accommodation outside the retreat, or other personal expenses.

5. Health and Safety
By participating in any retreat or event, you acknowledge that:
You are in suitable health to engage in light physical, wellness, or spa activities.
You will inform Keloretta staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or mobility issues before attending.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Keloretta, its facilitators, and venue partners are not liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.

If you experience any discomfort or medical concern during a retreat, please immediately inform a facilitator.


6. Personal Conduct
Keloretta reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation if a guest behaves in a manner deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful toward others.
No refund will be provided in such cases.


7. Use of Website
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:
Copy, distribute, or reproduce any materials without prior written permission.
Attempt to access restricted areas or interfere with the Site’s functionality.
