Why I, Tatyana Bog, Created Retreats with Games
We have special retreats at Keloretta: Warm Play, Night Bloom, and Signature of Keloretta.
We play games, but they’re not about winning or losing.
I would like to share what these games truly are, why they exist, and how they reflect the three principles of real rest I described in my article The Three Rules of Real Rest.
Why I Created These Games
I wondered what I could give people, not just to entertain them, but to bring a bit more meaning and warmth into their lives.
I realized that what the world needs more of is love, freedom, creativity, and expansion.
That’s how the idea was born: to create games where people can simply allow themselves to play, to feel, and to observe without pressure or judgment.
The Problem with Ordinary Games
Most games are based on competition. Someone wins, someone loses.
But in my world, in the space of my retreats, that doesn’t fit.
Because retreats for something else:
No responsibility for others
No competition
The presence of pleasure
These are the foundations of real rest. And they are also the foundations of my games.
The Game as a Space for Observation
In my games, there is a playing field — it is the field of “life itself.”
Life, too, can be seen as a space for creativity and exploration.
We don’t try to “fix life” in the game.
We observe it, and through observation, we begin to shift our limiting beliefs.
Life changes when you change - if, of course, you want it to.
When you look at it from another point of view, with curiosity, openness, and compassion instead of fear or struggle, everything begins to shift.
The Power of the Observer
From the perspective of quantum physics, the observer influences what is observed.
This gives us a starting point for transformation.
When we stop blaming the outside world and take responsibility back into our own hands, we regain power.
Everything that happens to you isn’t happening to you - it is happening for you.
This change in perception is where freedom begins.
The Field of Choice and Power
In the game, you begin to see how much depend on your worldview.
If you believe life is heavy and hard, it will feel that way.
If you see life as a creative field full of possibilities, it becomes that too.
In the game, we practice saying:
“Let me look at this differently.”
The cards in the game highlight exactly what you need to see, without competition, without right or wrong.
You simply observe, and from there, you choose how you want to move forward.
Power as Neutral Energy
In life, we all have resources — time, energy, money, attention.
How we manage them is our personal power.
Power itself is neutral. What matters is whether we take it or give it away.
During the game, you might notice where you’ve been handing your power to others’ expectations or fears.
And maybe you’ll decide to reclaim it, to use it in the areas where you’ve been holding back.
This isn’t about controlling others.
It’s about owning your life, your choices, your creative energy.

What Happens During the Game
My resource is creativity, freedom of thought, and the ability to feel deeply.
That’s what I share through these games.
In the game, you can relax and observe yourself from the outside.
You may notice where tension appears in your life, and then gently explore it through play.
As the game unfolds, things begin to align.
Not through analysis or effort, but through awareness and state.
Inner dynamics reorganize. Priorities shift. Relationships transform.
It happens naturally, the way a river flows around stones, not by force but by movement and trust.
Everything Is Already Inside
My games are not just games.
They are spaces where everything already exists: your relationship with yourself, with others, with the Creator, with freedom, with love.
All the answers you seek are already within you.
The game simply helps you see them, feel them, and remember them.
To remember that life is not a struggle, but a field of creativity, connection, and joy.
Would you like to play, not to win, but to feel that life can be easier, lighter, and more meaningful?
In Warm Play, Night Bloom, and Signature of Keloretta,
You will feel how light life becomes when you stop trying to win.
Just play, and let life feel warm again.
